Sophie Duchaine artiste contemporaine française
French painter, trained at the Charpentier Academy in Paris then at the Atelier of the painter René Botti.
My favorite fields are human nature; the bodily expression which allows to transcribe the emotions but also the influence of nature, whether on plant, animal or floral notes.
My works are a mixture of poetry , softness and strength supported by a very personal range of colors.
After having enjoyed working with techniques such as acrylic, oil, charcoal, pencil, I now paint with beeswax.
My artistic influences are just as eclectic:
Enki Bilal; Picasso, Ernest Pignon Ernest; Guy Denning, Mark Ryden ...
In addition to this, you need to know more about it.
"My works are the reflection of the human soul, and the emotions felt.
I like to highlight a gesture; a body or even a feeling ... "
